I am a warm and dedicated psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate a range of psychological challenges. With a passion for performance psychology and neuroscience, I support individuals in reaching their full potential by providing evidence-based, individualised care.
I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents aged 16 and older, addressing various presentations such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and autism. I have a special interest in conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments and scientific studies, developing online resources, and facilitating group programmes aimed at improving executive dysfunction and enhancing daily performance.
My therapeutic approach draws on a wide array of techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I am also trained in Goal Management Training (GMT) and apply principles from cognitive neuroscience and Relational Frame Theory (RFT) to support executive function impairments.
Outside of work, I enjoy a wide range of activities, including weight training, CrossFit, cycling, mountain climbing, surfing, skateboarding, and motocross. As a lifelong learner, I thrive on acquiring micro skills through diverse and novel activities such as hands-on projects requiring skill acquisition and variability in thinking approach. I am deeply passionate about self-development, constantly consuming knowledge in fields like cognitive neuroscience, philosophy, history, mythology, literature, and psychology through books, podcasts, and academic research. By continuously challenging myself and applying what I learn, I enhance my problem-solving abilities while making the process fun and engaging. My drive to create and share knowledge not only fuels my personal growth but also informs my practice, allowing me to deliver the best possible outcomes for my clients.
“I support individuals in reaching their full potential by providing evidence-based, individualised care”.
