Casual Entry Level Position

Brisbane City Psychologists is a busy and well established CBD practice working with adults and couples across the full range of commonly presenting issues. We deliver an eclectic range of tailored evidence-based therapies to clients, including ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR and Emotionally Focussed Couple Therapy among others.

We have a great Customer Guidance & Information Services team and due to expansion we are looking for an additional team member to join us and be part of this great team.

This entry-level position is an ideal opportunity for undergraduate students of a Psychology, Business, Marketing or Human Services degree.

The Role

Your main duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients;
  • Assisting clients over the phone;
  • Invoicing, taking payments, processing Medicare rebates;
  • Reporting;
  • Email management;
  • Assisting the psychologists and managers as required, among others.

If you are eager to learn and develop a career in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or Human Services you will also be given the opportunity to take part in projects that relate to your area of interest, where you can learn and be mentored by professionals.
