Your score is (Low)

You are likely not experiencing perinatal depression and/or anxiety.

  • If your score is low but you feel down, stressed, or anxious we recommend that you see your GP, a psychologist or other mental health professional for a personalised assessment.
  • It’s important to seek help as soon as possible and talk to someone about how you are feeling.
