Kelli is passionate about assisting individuals in making a positive change in their life, by exploring internal experiences, unhelpful patterns and learning new strategies to move through life’s challenges.
Kelli believes in taking a holistic approach, as well as addressing core issues to create lasting change. Her approach is warm, compassionate and client-centred. Kelli enjoys working with individuals to explore and align with their personal values to create a life that is meaningful, joyful and fulfilling. She provides a safe space for individuals to explore what is going on for them.
Kelli has a particular interest in facilitating Mindfulness and Compassion Workshops and has been running groups for many years. Kelli has been studying and practising mindfulness and meditation for over a decade, and she is inspired to assist individuals in cultivating mindfulness into daily life as well as developing a more compassionate and healthy relationship with themselves. Kelli has also trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, a practice that is restful and restorative for people with stressful and busy lives.
Kelli has a Masters of Clinical Psychology and over 15 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. She has extensive experience working with a broad range of clinical issues, with training in various therapeutic modalities, so that she can tailor therapy to the individual’s specific needs and concerns.
