I am a psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with both adults and children in private practice and within primary and high school settings. I have also co-facilitated outpatient group programs at New Farm Clinic and spent several years working within the Job Seeker network with clients who had mental health barriers negatively impacting their ability to secure employment.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and an Education and Developmental Psychologist who uses a holistic strengths-based approach to support my clients, couples and families. I draw on my skills in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Informed Therapy (DBT Informed) and Mindfulness practices.

I also enjoy supervising Provisional Psychologists and assisting them as much as possible as they navigate their early career journey. In my spare time, I also enjoy host networking and social gatherings for estranged and socially isolated adults. I am passionate about bringing people together and building a sense of community and belonging.
My education and qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Master of Education & Developmental Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology.
