About Laura

Laura is a Clinical Psychologist experienced in working with adolescents and adults presenting with a range of psychological difficulties. She is passionate about helping people find balance, peace and fulfilment in their lives.

Laura completed a Bachelor of Arts with first-class honours in Psychology at The University of Sydney in 2004, and her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University in 2009. She began her counselling career in 2003 working as a volunteer telephone counsellor with Lifeline Australia. Since completing her Master’s degree, Laura has practised as a Clinical Psychologist in a range of settings, including hospitals, group and solo private practice, university, high school, and in the corporate sector, assisting managers and employees of large organisations.

Laura is also a qualified yoga teacher and delivers the six-week program Yoga + Mindfulness for Stress & Anxiety to help you learn strategies and develop lifelong skills to overcome and prevent Stress & Anxiety.
