What happens after you refer

We contact your patient. You hear from us.

We attempt to contact your patient within a business day of receiving your referral.
We let you know whether your patient has booked or hasn’t proceeded at this stage, as soon as we know either way.
The psychologist sends you an initial assessment letter after the first or second session with your patient.
The psychologist sends you a treatment progress report at the end of each episode of care, typically after four or six sessions.
The psychologist sends you a treatment completion or discharge report when your patient finishes treatment.

Correspondence is sent securely by Medical Objects, or by your preferred channel if you let us know.
