About Cindy

Cindy is a Clinical Psychologist experienced working with adolescents and adults presenting with a wide variety of psychological difficulties.

With her warm and non-judgemental approach, Cindy works collaboratively with her clients to gain a greater understanding of their difficulties, develop new skills to break the unhelpful patterns in their life and to achieve their goals.

Cindy completed her Doctorate degree, with research focused on Anxiety Disorders. She has worked in a variety of settings, including public mental health, private hospital, and the private sector.

Cindy has a special interest in treating Anxiety Disorders (Social Anxiety, Phobias, Panic Disorders and Generalised Anxiety Disorder), psychological difficulties stemming from a complex family-of-origin, and developing a healthier self-esteem.
