Functional Capacity Assessments
By gauging daily living capabilities, individuals and their families can better understand their unique needs and areas requiring assistance. This is particularly important for individuals with physical or cognitive challenges. These assessments determine an individual’s capability in daily living skills, which is crucial for NDIS applications.

I am a Clinical Psychologist providing diagnostic assessment and therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. My work spans a wide range of assessments and therapeutic services designed to address the unique needs of each individual.

I have vast experience in providing a range of diagnostic assessments, including:
- ADHD Assessments – Comprehensive evaluation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to identify symptoms and guide the development of effective treatment plans and support strategies.

Therapy Services
In addition to assessment, I offer therapy for a wide range of psychological conditions, drawing on various evidence-based approaches. I work with neurodiverse individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating postnatal mental health challenges. My therapy services include:
- Schema Therapy to explore the impact of deep-rooted patterns in thoughts and behaviours to help clients make lasting changes.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), encourages acceptance of difficult emotions while committing to actions aligned with personal values.
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) helps individuals develop skills for managing intense emotions and improving interpersonal effectiveness.
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma-focused therapy aimed at processing distressing memories and reducing their emotional impact.
With experience in managing complex clinical presentations, I provide a compassionate, integrated approach to therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and other mental health concerns. I work closely with clients to develop personalised strategies for healing and growth.

Qualifications, Registrations & Training
- Master of Clinical Psychology (with Distinction), Western Sydney University, Sydney
- Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours, Griffith University, Brisbane
- Bachelor of Arts with Honours (First Class) in Psychology
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA). Area of endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
- Registered with Medicare.
