I am an AHPRA Registered Psychologist and a cognitive neuroscientist. I value up-to-date scientific and psychological insights and practical strategies to empower and support you in re-discovering your confidence, balance, autonomy and wellbeing.
I have a special interest and established experience working with families at every stage of their journey.
I work with a warm, collaborative, empowering, and strengths-based approach, continuously integrating the brain, body, and mind. I value a respectful, inclusive, and compassionate therapeutic relationship, and I will always work in accordance with your and your family’s goals, values, and unique circumstances.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone I work with. I aim to support individuals and families in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals while providing empowerment through scientific psychological knowledge and understanding of the connection between the brain, body, and mind.
I find a holistic approach critical in all I do and will collaborate closely with other allied health and medical specialists around you and/or your family as you see fit.
I focus on ongoing therapeutic support, and for assessment, I work in close collaboration with senior neuropsychologists at a well-established neuropsychology institution, where I operate remotely as a psychologist. My role there involves providing ongoing therapeutic support around specific and general issues that are often identified through neuropsychological assessments. This connection grants me access to a team of over a dozen experienced neuropsychologists, which further informs and supports my work.
