iRest Meditation is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditation. This guided meditation is generally practised lying down or sitting comfortably in group or individual sessions.
In the sessions you will be taught how to enter a state of meditation and complete relaxation while developing your ability to be comfortable with the full range of emotions that can arise.
