6-Week Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Program
In this 6-week mindfulness course you will learn a variety of mindfulness practices, tips, and meditations to integrate into your daily life. There will be a focus on cultivating self-compassion, kindness and patience towards ourselves. This will include exploring ways of developing a healthier relationship with ourselves and increasing self-care. This is particularly important during this unprecedented, challenging time. This course is also an opportunity to give yourself some time and space in your life for reflection and self-awareness. You will learn mindfulness skills to relate to difficult thoughts and emotion, as well as exploring your values and is important in your life.
