I am a passionate and compassionate Educational and Developmental Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. I work alongside my clients—children, adolescents, families, and adults—to identify their goals and develop practical, tailored strategies to overcome life’s challenges.
I am deeply committed to helping people build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I bring a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to my practice. I have particular expertise in supporting young people and their families, especially in the context of complex social and emotional needs. My experience includes working with diverse communities, including First Nations peoples, which has strengthened my ability to provide respectful and inclusive care to all clients.
I have experience treating a wide range of mental health presentations, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), among other concerns. I offer compassionate support for those experiencing grief and loss.
My therapeutic toolkit includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, Mindfulness, and dyadic interventions. I am skilled in risk assessment and safety planning, ensuring holistic and responsible care.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Master of Psychology in Educational and Developmental Psychology. I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
Warm, kind, and enthusiastic, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
“I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where my clients feel truly heard and supported“.
