I am a Registered Psychologist with over 16 years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds.
I have a particular interest and vast experience in helping clients with stress management, burnout prevention, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
With a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic style, I create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes. I aim to help clients gain self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting wellbeing. Whether navigating personal struggles or relational challenges, I focus on fostering growth, connection, and sustainable change.
I am passionate about creating psychoeducational self-help tools, including interactive card decks and books, to offer additional support outside the therapy room.
I provide Counselling for Executives and Leaders, offering support in wellbeing, stress management, and burnout prevention to help them maintain high performance while safeguarding their mental and physical health.
While working in The Hague, Netherlands, I collaborated with professionals from Sony, the UN, the International Social Studies Institute, and the International Criminal Court, gaining valuable experience in culturally sensitive therapy and the complexities of global leadership challenges. I have also presented at TEDx University of The Hague (2018) and the Women Economic Forum in Birmingham, UK (2019).
Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, my research focused on an Enhanced Burnout Reduction Model, which provides a structured approach to building long-term resilience. My qualifications in psychology complement this, offering insights into the mind-body connection and the impact of workplace stress on overall wellbeing.
My approach empowers executives to prevent burnout, enhance resilience, and sustain success in demanding environments through evidence-based psychological techniques.
My passion for couples therapy guides partners toward healthier communication, deeper emotional connections, and improved intimacy. I am a Gottman Certified Couples Therapist, a Gottman Relationship Checkup Approved Member
