About Elsabé
As a Clinical Psychologist with over nine years of experience, I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through a wide range of challenges. I have a particular passion and interest in helping people navigate anxiety, recover from trauma, and engage in deeper self-understanding through depth-oriented therapy.
My approach is informed by psychodynamic thinking, psychological assessment, and neuroscience. I also draw on mindfulness and somatic practices to support meaningful, lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships. I value authenticity and curiosity in therapy and aim to help you feel truly seen and supported, especially during messy, painful, or uncertain moments.
Whether you’re going through a significant life transition, seeking clarity around your child’s development, working through trauma, or wanting to strengthen your relationships, I bring warmth, clinical depth, and deep respect for your unique story.
Couples Therapy
I take a relational and integrative approach to Couples Therapy, drawing on psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, and emotion-focused strategies to help partners deepen their connection and understanding. I work collaboratively with both individuals in the relationship, and all sessions are attended by both partners unless we agree on a different arrangement.

- Medicare Gap Fee: The difference between the psychologist session fee and the Medicare rebate.
- Medicare Rebates: $145.25 per 50+ minute session with a valid doctor’s referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) or Eating Disorder Plan (EDP).
