Hi, I am Erin, a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience. I work with adults seeking support to navigate periods of transition or adjustment, particularly those who are wanting to feel less stuck or overwhelmed. Often, this sense of stuckness or overwhelm can manifest as anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or a general sense of dissatisfaction with life.
I understand that building a strong therapeutic relationship is absolutely essential for creating meaningful change. Because of this, the sessions with my clients focus on developing a sense of safety, understanding your unique experiences and goals, and building a shared understanding of what feels most important to explore in therapy.
My therapeutic approach is exploratory, collaborative, strengths-focused, and insight-building. I hold a compassionate and accepting space for individuals who are open to exploring their past and present experiences to make more conscious, values-based decisions in their lives.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I predominantly use an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, while integrating human-centred, relational and cognitive-behavioural principles tailored to your self-identified goals.
I am proud to be a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTIAQ+ supportive practitioner.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults who are navigating anxiety, situational stressors, or exploring their identity and place in the world.
I warmly welcome adults who identify as neurodiverse, are supporting neurodiverse people, or are questioning the role of neurodiversity in their own lives. While I do not provide Autism or ADHD diagnostic assessments, I am deeply passionate about assisting adults seeking to integrate this understanding and improve their daily functioning.
Helping adults navigate major career, relationship, or personal milestones that leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Working with adults to manage anxiety disorders, mood difficulties, communication challenges, and relationship issues.
“I am dedicated to helping you move from a space of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to living a conscious, meaningful life guided by your own personal values“.
